Philosophie
Since 2008, I support women, men and couples in reconnecting with their body, their sexuality and their inner strength.
My work combines somatic body therapy, intimacy coaching and trauma-sensitive bodywork – specialized in nervous system regulation and psychosexual themes.

I offer lectures, workshops, and educational programs focused on touch, receiver-focused touch & communication, boundaries, nervous system regulation, recognizing and working with trauma responses, trauma transformation, and making sexuality accessible and experiential for people with disabilities.
My work especially supports professionals who work closely with people and want to deepen their understanding of regulation, communication, embodiment, and trauma-informed interaction.
